It seems @StanChart India customer service is a blackhole. Customer complaints go to die. Repeated followups get machine-like automated replies. Random welcome sequence calls in the middle of the day for things that don't matter. Branch managers are gaslighting customers.

@StanChart i sent email to customer care and no response yet. The time to address concern is 4 business days. Its a week now and i have sent multiple reminders but no response. #worstserviceever i dont want to use Standard chartered services woth such poor responses. #wakeup

@StanChart , I have put a complaint to SCB India regarding threatening and abusive call by a credit card due recovery agency, ref. no. 202403069531 on 16th March2024. Till now I am getting the phone call from the same agency, SCB India has not acted on my complaint. Please help.
