@StanChart I have been waiting for a long time now for the resolution and the customer care "Yukti" just emailed me back today that I should be using an SC card for availing offer. Does she think I would be following this just to end up hearing that I am using any other banking card.

Extremely unhappy with @StanChart @StanChartHelpIN ! Wife’s account has been blocked for more than 15 days. KYC verification approved but still account has not been unblocked! Calling/escalating everyday but still get standard response of wait for 24 hours!

@StanChart i have made my credit card payment on time but you penalised 3111.08 inr for non payment of my bill including the charges I have send multiple mails to you but I haven't got any reply nor any charges revert kindly see this matter @RBI @RBIsays
