The error message means that, there was no network at the Bank when the card was inputted on the POS terminal”

I raised complaint 202402117444 in Feb, and I received a response that Rs. 49 was reversed for expenses of more than 5k in January. However, no extra Rs. 49 was added to March statement for January. This is so disappointing. You people tell lies on the face. #Fraud #SC @StanChart
