@StanChart @CushWake The justification they came up with yesterday through the mail is that I used my Naira card through a supermarket POS. They keep pushing here and there. It's a total waste of money & energy to open an FX account with them. Is better I maintain my Fx account in GTB

@StanChart @CushWake For me, Among many good products, SCB has, their Visa card for the FX account is officially for camouflage. For a month now unable to pay online & yet they Keep giving 2 days every time with no solution

@StanChart I paid my CC payment on due date. But reflected after 4 days include bank holiday. Now u charged around 7K in current Statment due to partial payment. This is not ryt. Totally fraud. Plz resolve my issue and waiver off my charges. @RBI @jagograhakjago @RBIsays

Hey @StanChart I’ve got a credit card annual charges for the credit card for which I haven’t used or activated. I’m trying to escalate this through customer support but the prerequisite to talk to care is to activate the card first. It’s a fraud loop. @RBI - FYI
