@benschreiber_ @SlackHQ Salesforce is the worst. Impossible to get a hold of customer service which prob is by design to keep their costs down. Even with enterprise level Salesforce my experience is that customer service is basically non existent. I’m sure it’s the same for Slack

@goinggodotnet @SlackHQ Keep in mind that it would be the same if "light mode" was the one not prioritized despite being the third most popular issue. It just didn't skew that way in this case.
