Signal Problems

@AskPayPal Actually its plain simple, the only thing that actually is preventing me to login is the fact, that @PayPal for what ever reason still believes its safe to use the Smartphone or SMS for login, its not safe! WhatsApp is also not safe, why did they at least not support @signalapp?
