@MicrosoftTeams @SharePoint I am currently seeing an outage for my organization. Cannot access any shared files. When i go to our netorg-admin.sharepoint it states 503 service unavailable. Please help

@SharePoint why is there a 5000 item limit on searchable items in SharePoint? We in some instances have nearly 20000 files stored which means making sub folders by year when you might not know the year & have to click through each sub and search repeatedly. Surely this is wrong?

Imagine: I have a whole set of templates at my fingertips, but I can never access the subsites to use the "copy to" feature, so they're useless. I have to manually create things or download to my machine and upload again. So much for "cloud systems" @Microsoft #SharePoint

@Microsoft @Microsoft365 @SharePoint It is INSANE that Microsoft makes this our problem. We can't control SSO on personal mobile devices. We get HUNDREDS of support calls a year for this. Why not show an access denied message instead of "Something went wrong"? Why not prompt for alt. accounts if access errors occur?

@Microsoft @Microsoft365 @SharePoint In this case: * The user has a proper login for our tenant. * The user has another M365 account logged in. * They click on a link to OUR SharePoint site. * Their browser performs SSO as the wrong account. * Instead of access denied, or a meaningful message, they get this error.
