Anyone else find @SP_EnergyPeople extremely stressful? Back in March I stopped my DD and set up a SO with them because they kept taking three times as much money as they should have. A week later they still took a DD payment of almost £500 which I got returned. >

@SP_EnergyPeople Oddly enough we've already got in contact and someone is looking into it for us. And this is nothing to do with the cost of living crisis, because we won't be paying you £500 for a meter that you created an account for even though it wasn't installed. Do better.

@SP_EnergyPeople I tried putting £20 onto my electric meter via the app on the weekend and got an error, so I tried a couple of times more; still no success. I just checked my banking app and, despite my meter not being topped up, I have been charged for all three £20 payments.

I'm calling @BBCWatchdog with regards to @SP_EnergyPeople treatment of an 84 year old woman with physical disabilities. I'm sure they'd find incorrect billing, threatening debt collection on a bill in dispute and terrorising her so much she almost had a heart attack interesting

@SP_EnergyPeople Seriously?? This is an absolute joke. The length of time unresolved letting me down repeatedly and despite a complaint number being generated no follow up and telling me not made it past bot just isn’t acceptable for a company this size. So AGAIN why should i waste my time?

@SP_EnergyPeople But it isn't just this morning; it's 3 times this week! I've found in the past that it's no good entering into a "private discussion" as that just goes down the AI route. Talking of AI do you think it's really appropriate to deal with bereaved customers via this method?
