@GemzA87 @ScottishPower @SP_EnergyPeople @SPEnergyNetwork @iberdrola I agree fully, the way, I was spoken to and dismissed and told that I could not speak to a Manager to discuss my complaint was Poor Poor Poor. My complaint I was told did not fit in their complaint category. Since when is Wrongful charges not a complaint @scottishpower

I just wasted 30 minutes on the phone , to be told they do not have a complaints procedure and my complaint doesn't fit into their complaints categories - wrongfully charged, poor admin wow !!
