@SP_EnergyPeople Why do you keep asking for a meter reading on a smart meter that isn’t working and has been reported to you? Engineer booked - hopefully they turn up this time but another estimated bill as a result of your poor service.

@SP_EnergyPeople @ScottishPower My girlfriend was charged for an incorrect meter reading for her previous flat. Customer service says this takes 3 weeks to resolve but reported her and 2 different collection agencies are calling her each day. This is bad customer service.
