Anyone else find @SP_EnergyPeople extremely stressful? Back in March I stopped my DD and set up a SO with them because they kept taking three times as much money as they should have. A week later they still took a DD payment of almost £500 which I got returned. >

@SP_EnergyPeople I have repeatedly attempted to log in to our Scottish Power account since the 31st March and keep getting the same "general error" message on the screen. Any suggestions?!

@SP_EnergyPeople I am a landlord of a property where the tenant moved out on the 28th February 2024 .. the property has been vacant until the 2nd April 2024 .. I would like to send a metre reading to pay the bill from the 29th March 2024 to the 1st April 2024 ..

@SP_EnergyPeople I was told that my Warm Home Discount had been applied to my meter on the 12th of march. however there's no sign of the credit on my bill. I was planning to use the credit to pay the bill issued on the 16th of march. Please can someone advise where the credit is?

@SP_EnergyPeople I received an email on 8th March to say the Warm Home Discount had been added to my account but it still isn't showing on there nearly 3 weeks later. Can you help please?
