@SP_EnergyPeople I am trying to change my payments to direct debit.
Neither the app or website seem to make this easy.
Is this on purpose to ramp up your £billions?
@FlikeNoir@SP_EnergyPeople@ScottishPower 200 to 250 my bills have been and heating on constant and has been same temperature since September so how your bill is as high with no heating is baffling
@GrahamMaloney8@SP_EnergyPeople I'm a fan of the paperless route but @ScottishPower need to send more than just demands for payment via email, they need tae send a f*ckin justification of what they're charging us for, cos we're stumped...
@FlikeNoir@SP_EnergyPeople@ScottishPower Exactly why I went paper they tell you to click on too something and you get bill, I did nothing happened so sticking with paper now they make things too difficult, it should just say your bill and press and see it, not have to pass internet exam to get it
@FlikeNoir@SP_EnergyPeople Do they actually read your meter, and I demand a paper bill which you get because they tried stopping mine and told me there using internet to correspond with me, I told them tooGTF and get my paper bill still
@FlikeNoir@SP_EnergyPeople I did but still got my paper bill, they said they where stopping my paper bill, and just correspondence with Email, I went ballistic, they don’t correspond with me bye email now, only letters and come read my meter, I told them I don’t want them to ever contact me bye email again
@girlonabrompton@SP_EnergyPeople Just go straight to ombudsman for Scottish Power. I told them a smart meter would be a disaster and they have not disappointed. Manual meter readings still required. (Now the data signal is too weak due to new buildings nearby)
