@SP_EnergyPeople I tried putting £20 onto my electric meter via the app on the weekend and got an error, so I tried a couple of times more; still no success. I just checked my banking app and, despite my meter not being topped up, I have been charged for all three £20 payments.

@brettman @SP_EnergyPeople I wouldn't touch scottish pointless with a barge pole, after almost 4 years of stress, being messed around, lied to, falsely charged, I had to go through @ofgem and @CitizensAdvice to finally get away from them! AVOID.

@SP_EnergyPeople Why do you keep asking for a meter reading on a smart meter that isn’t working and has been reported to you? Engineer booked - hopefully they turn up this time but another estimated bill as a result of your poor service.

@ScottishPower @SP_EnergyPeople @SPEnergyNetwork @iberdrola What's the point? Your CS is deplorable. I'm still waiting on a working smart meter which hasn't worked since January 2023. Due to this not working I am unable to change supplier as it cannot be detected as a smart meter and I need to contact my supplier who do nothing.
