@SP_EnergyPeople No! We can do it on X. I have never known a company that cancels standing orders, direct debits. You agree payment terms and then tell the customer they havent paid. The company is incompetently run. No wonder you had to pay people back. @ofgem

You need to address your crazy Direct Debit charges, and forcing us into paying more because your data centre can't pull their fingers out.

@SP_EnergyPeople More than three weeks since this and the DM promising a call within 5 days and as expected no further contact, incredible that a company can get away with this. Please just let me pay the bill and switch to a decent company.
@SP_EnergyPeople Your "support" is the least supportive I have ever come across. Your "help" is actually shameful for an energy supplier. You need to be held accountable for the damage you do to elderly and vulnerable customers.
@SP_EnergyPeople Is it at all possible that somebody from SP customer service will phone me as I've been told they would do? Most recently it was to be on 16th April. This is to discuss a complaint which has been ongoing for almost 5 years.

Just recorded electric and gas meter reading via mobile app to @SP_EnergyPeople and within 15 minutes an overdue payment email has arrived. In the absence of robust accountability by the @ofgem the @ScottishPower has got a free hand to manipulate customers
