@SP_EnergyPeople Why do you keep asking for a meter reading on a smart meter that isn’t working and has been reported to you? Engineer booked - hopefully they turn up this time but another estimated bill as a result of your poor service.

@ScottishPower @SP_EnergyPeople @SPEnergyNetwork @iberdrola What's the point? Your CS is deplorable. I'm still waiting on a working smart meter which hasn't worked since January 2023. Due to this not working I am unable to change supplier as it cannot be detected as a smart meter and I need to contact my supplier who do nothing.

@SP_EnergyPeople My complaint no: 8394718715/30 was closed to my satisfaction when I received a call saying I would receive bills every 28 days. This was never confirmed by email and has not happened. To say I am disgusted with the customer service is an understatement.

I'm calling @BBCWatchdog with regards to @SP_EnergyPeople treatment of an 84 year old woman with physical disabilities. I'm sure they'd find incorrect billing, threatening debt collection on a bill in dispute and terrorising her so much she almost had a heart attack interesting
