@SP_EnergyPeople do you think it’s really necessary to have 2 complicated forms to change a payment bank account on a Fit tariff? There’s loads of acronyms we’ve had to Google to even fill them in. Ridiculous.
@SP_EnergyPeople I have been over 6 months without heating due to a Scottish power issue. I got a call a while back to say Scottish power are aware and there's nothing they could do currently and I'm not a priority
