@SP_EnergyPeople My husband has contacted you about this and has lodged a complaint, number 8393278048\60, still nothing has been done. You've frequently suggested we put it beside the meter to reboot to no avail.

@SP_EnergyPeople Thank you- I have sent through a message. So far I have been told it will be 7 days for a complaint to be processed to decide whether you can cover the cost of a plumber call out. Surely this can't be correct?

@SP_EnergyPeople do you think it’s really necessary to have 2 complicated forms to change a payment bank account on a Fit tariff? There’s loads of acronyms we’ve had to Google to even fill them in. Ridiculous.
