@SP_EnergyPeople Thank you- I have sent through a message. So far I have been told it will be 7 days for a complaint to be processed to decide whether you can cover the cost of a plumber call out. Surely this can't be correct?

@SP_EnergyPeople I don't live in the property I just have to deal with the fall out of your actions. You have sent a demand for a bill for a deceased person to the address of a new tenant of a housing association property. That person has paranoid schizophrenia.
