@SP_EnergyPeople Your "support" is the least supportive I have ever come across. Your "help" is actually shameful for an energy supplier. You need to be held accountable for the damage you do to elderly and vulnerable customers.

@SP_EnergyPeople No! We can do it on X. I have never known a company that cancels standing orders, direct debits. You agree payment terms and then tell the customer they havent paid. The company is incompetently run. No wonder you had to pay people back. @ofgem

@SP_EnergyPeople I'd prefer to do this in public, this time, because it can't just be my personal experience, so there's no reason to look into my account. You need to address your crazy Direct Debit charges, and forcing us into paying more because your data centre can't pull their fingers out.

Just recorded electric and gas meter reading via mobile app to @SP_EnergyPeople and within 15 minutes an overdue payment email has arrived. In the absence of robust accountability by the @ofgem the @ScottishPower has got a free hand to manipulate customers
