The online chat do this too, where would I get the account number to tell you it?
@SP_EnergyPeople But inline with the direct debit guarantee regulations and FCA I have to be notified of any changes...plus you was not authorised to take 2 separate payments from my account cause that amounts to an unauthorized direct debit and also fraud..

@SP_EnergyPeople Please pass this onto your complaint handler donna as our fourth telephone apointment will take place on 2nd april just to make another appointment no doubt and they wont let me raise another seperate complaint so what am i to do wait gor this one to be resolved god knows when
@SP_EnergyPeople Then when raised conplaint bk in aug never gog ref number and since then till 23rd feb been gtn told i will recive call backs but no one calls back your complaint handler calls me three times just to make another appoinment for a call three times no further forward still waiting
@SP_EnergyPeople Wat a shambles like i have right to make more than one complaint was left 48 hours with no power whilst i was promised engineer visits wich no engineer turned up been payn someones debt since aug last year been gtn told i will recive call backs but no one calls me back

Your app won't let me see meter readings, access bills or view anything about my account. I've tried to log in online and after clicking link on the email I keep getting the same general issue and won't log in.
@MartinSLewis I moved in July 23, @SP_EnergyPeople are the suppliers. I’ve told them 7 times that I’ve moved in, raised a complaint and escalated it to their executive complaint team but nobody has set up my account or even contacted me. How do I get away from them?
