@SP_EnergyPeople Hello, you have the wrong number (my number) associated with an account. I've had 2 'sorry you're leaving' and now received a 'Thanks for joining'. Just remove it and do not add it again!
@SP_EnergyPeople Oddly enough we've already got in contact and someone is looking into it for us. And this is nothing to do with the cost of living crisis, because we won't be paying you £500 for a meter that you created an account for even though it wasn't installed. Do better.

Trying to get through to someone to speak to is like getting bloody out of a stone, each option the call disconnects, your email is “out of service” and the ChatBot seems to have been created in the 80s.

@SP_EnergyPeople My husband has contacted you about this and has lodged a complaint, number 8393278048\60, still nothing has been done. You've frequently suggested we put it beside the meter to reboot to no avail.
