@SP_EnergyPeople sent a complaint and still waiting to get a response other than automated. To pay well over £1,000.00/month when gas/electricity used sparingly suggests to me that you have got it wrong. Or are just crooks!

@SP_EnergyPeople I am awaiting some cheque payments following a complaint via the Executive Complaints team, I was told to give 14 days, it’s now been 16 and no one seems to be responding to my chaser emails too. I will never be returning to Scottish Power as a customer!

@SP_EnergyPeople But inline with the direct debit guarantee regulations and FCA I have to be notified of any changes...plus you was not authorised to take 2 separate payments from my account cause that amounts to an unauthorized direct debit and also fraud..
