@ScottishPower @SP_EnergyPeople Trying to get through to someone to speak to is like getting bloody out of a stone, each option the call disconnects, your email is āout of serviceā and the ChatBot seems to have been created in the 80s. Iām only trying to get my final bill.

@SP_EnergyPeople My husband has contacted you about this and has lodged a complaint, number 8393278048\60, still nothing has been done. You've frequently suggested we put it beside the meter to reboot to no avail.
