Trying to get through to someone to speak to is like getting bloody out of a stone, each option the call disconnects, your email is āout of serviceā and the ChatBot seems to have been created in the 80s.

@SP_EnergyPeople Hello, you have the wrong number (my number) associated with an account. I've had 2 'sorry you're leaving' and now received a 'Thanks for joining'. Just remove it and do not add it again!
@SP_EnergyPeople My husband has contacted you about this and has lodged a complaint, number 8393278048\60, still nothing has been done. You've frequently suggested we put it beside the meter to reboot to no avail.
