Despite having one tech person (me) we were open to a switch and 7x cost increase for more robust and fully integrated segmentation. Itās not fully integrated. Not disputing itās a goodā¦

Sorry to shit on @salesforce tonight but I have not seen a partner treat a client this way. Their sales rep tried to compare using @Pardot to leasing a carā¦ once you sign, even if you donāt get a test drive, there is no way out because it depreciates. WTF

@laurenbalik who is running corp dev @salesforce I couldnāt think of a worse move. On top of that where is the builder mentality? Build a better product vs buy. This would add more legacy tech debt to the current frankenstein stack with Tableau.
