My point to the OP was that your Cabin Staff on Tuesday evening handled the emergency with the utmost professionalism and unlike her experience, the person was afforded a degree of privacy. @RuthMCreighton @ITALYCARRENT @Ryanair If you ask the credit card company will usually block dubious transactions. I regularly rent cars & they have scammed us every which way. Ever since we started videoing inside & out before & after...no more dodgy charges. Good luck getting this sorted.

@ITALYCARRENT @Ryanair 1st car - no keys! 2nd car - number plate fell off when we shut the boot! 3rd car - off we went despite knowing a smoker had used it! - no one there on return, x1 week disputing ‘charges’ for ‘scratches’ I produced pictures! Told would be charged €210 1/2

Continue to refute yet transactions continue on my CC - today charged €525! @Ryanair why are you partnered with this company for car hire? 3rd car had ‘10’ areas of damage officially recorded already on form & it took close to 2 hours to actually get into a car we could drive!

@Ryanair @EamonRyan Stop terrorising people under the flight path. Plenty of room in Knock, Cork & Shannon. Isn't it Ryanair policy to avoid flying to main airports? Why is Dublin an exception?Related Services
