@RoyalMailHelp I am trying to click VIEW DOCUMENTS on the click and drop website and it just keeps downloading them. This has never happened before and it’s changed all the format so I can’t print. Any ideas?

@RoyalMailHelp i was expecting a delivery from pharmacy 2 you yesterday that was said to be arriving monday never came so changed the date to today still nothing last tracking showed was it sin ferndown DO 3/6/24 so now what?

@RoyalMailHelp The same van is in the same condition but has started parking down another road. It’s clear that these in control have no respect & do not care. Absolutely disgusting.

@RoyalMailHelp So a 24hr service now takes 10 days does it! Received on 27th May hasn't moved since and you say to give it til June 6th. What a joke of a company! Should never have been privatised! Service has gone dramatically downhill ever since!

@OleneU16821 @RoyalMailHelp They're claiming a large letter (folded in half to almost C5 as it's a baby's top) is over 50cm long! The delivery scan photos even show I'm right but ooohh the machine said it was 50cm so they're whacking false charges on us. Meanwhile C&D is down AGAIN, joke organisation.

Arranged s collection today by @RoyalMail at 20:00 I get an email saying sorry we could not fulfil your collection. Why was this??? There was a royal mail van down my road at 18:00 This is not acceptable or good enough! #royalmail @RoyalMailHelp
