@PublicMobile why is it that it takes your site 20 minutes to load every time I log in to my account. Just trying to pay my phone bill. And thank you for not giving me my $5 in points this time. Just freaking great.

@PublicMobile how do i talk to a human???? can't submit a ticket online - getting 404, can't call 611 - only options to pay automatically, can't receive text messages. Calling my bank to do a chargeback on my credit card.

@TBJ_DRW @PublicMobile Was with them before, wasn't impressed (plus, they don't offer coverage in our area) :) I've been really happy with Public until this issue, and been with them 7 years. Ideally they'll resolve this, and give us confidence to stay with them.

@PublicMobile I opened as ticket last Tuesday. Because of the way your support uses "community private messages" on your site, it's now almost a week later and I've only had three replies, the last being on Friday. This is an urgent issue that needs resolved - other options?

@PublicMobile Nope, nope, nope. This is where your issues lie, because it's the most non user friendly interface where you're waiting days for a reply from an "agent". There needs to be a better support option.
