@dangerousbeenz @ScienceNotDogma When our Ford Lightning is plugged into the garage panel and fully charged, it will power the house for about three days if the power goes out. Last week our area had a one-hour power outage, and the only reason we knew was because the app alerted us.

@bensmithlive I get that your schtick here is to have a contrarian take but you simply have failed to mention: - regularly scheduled power outages of 6-8 hours per day - crime is violent and comes to your home You did get the biltong snack right though!
