@DemsInArray Israel does not permit enough fuel to produce electricity at the plants that still function, they're almost entirely reliant on diesel smuggled from Egypt through tunnels. With that, Gazans could expect power outages of 8-16 hours a day, every day, up through 10/6

@sophpen That's great! As cold as it is, a power outage is more than a mere nuisance. Heck it's 6 F here and -10 F with windchill. I live in the Southern USA. It's only been this cold a few times in my entire life.
