@ShiannonC A complete and abject failure of our regulator @acccgovau and the minister @MRowlandMP to force @Telstra & @Optus to disallow Sender Spoofing for SMS only because it allows them to sell lucrative products These companies are responsible for every loss and should be fined heavily

Just phoned @Optus to report issues with internet. Automated service said data for my suburb was not avail at the moment so I should jump on the net and check for myself. Unable to connect to any Optus “issue” sites or any Internet speed sites. This is such bullshit.

Given no timeline as to when optus server would be fixed, & no reason why not notified even though going for days. This is third recent disaster - when will learn that informing customers is first rule of keeping them? How about using AI for customer relations @optus @optushelp
