@itslitrllymine @Airbnb Airbnb are best always gives money immediately, but with booking it's need to wait a month after you can get paid for all the clients. And the prices, you can talk to airbnb owner of the house and make less price for the rent (in person)

Read multiple reviews and be sure to read the bad reviews. Most are probably safe, but the bad reviews for a place will be telling.
