@BoomBroadband Hi Boom. Lost Internet service. Tried usual reboots but been offline all morning. Baranduda area 3691. Any ideas?

@NBN_Australia Thanks Jonny, but these links are not helpful. I've contacted my provider @BoomBroadband but not had a reply yet. But let's face it, the #NBN infrastructure is the problem. I had better service on a #ADSL2 . What can you do to help?

@BoomBroadband @networkoutage Brunswick network drop out. The D/L speed is so poor, please don't suggest interference as the cause. This has been getting increasingly poorer over the last month

@jeayese @TPG_Telecom @BoomBroadband TPG support and engineers has been responsive. Waiting to see if the upgrades they say are coming will come soon.
