@Plusnet April you wrongly took a wrong payment for 2 broadband services, one that has ended and for one that has started (full fibre) as upgrade. I had to call you 3 times to get reimbursed. Now you are doing it again in May. How is it so hard for you to get this sorted?

@Plusnet any chance of a different update from Claudia rather than the same cut and paste? Tell us what the issue is, are engineers on site, a broad estimate of how long it may take to fix? It’s understandable you may not know exactly but an idea of what’s going on would help.

Up to this day I can't believe having GigaBits in a private home is a desirable part of yesterday's future. Running a data center from your house might be a different story though ...
