@TBelleau23 @PlayStation Idk I've had 0 issues but I only charge them by using the duel charger from playstation. I hear different cables and different wall outlets can burn the battery.

@bulmabay @E4xtream @PlayStation @hermenhulst @yosp I am sure MS held a gun to Sony’s head & demanded they charge for online. Yup, that’s how it happened. There was no other event that explain it. Oh yeah, *checks notes. I’m sure MS made them raise prices for the same BS too. Do you think before you speak or is it a tick?

I just filed a credit card charge dispute with my @PlayStation account because their customer support simply doesn't exist. I try the chat bot on their support site, it says nobody can help. I call their phone lines directly, it hangs up on me saying nobody can help. It's endless
