#PayPal Not happy with them. HUGE foreign pay,ent charges. Do not use them if you are paying for something overseas. They charge 4% on money conversion then charge merchant another 4.9%. That is 9% of your purchase price. Legal THEFT. Banks are much better.

@Wise Why do you charge a fee for me to withdraw money in my Wise account to my own bank account? What gives? @Robinhood @Venmo @PayPal and others do not do this.

I have spent two weeks trying to get a refund from @PayPal for something I was double charged for. Even giving them proof INCLUDING THE CHAT WHERE THE SELLER SAID IT WAS CHARGED ANOTHER WAY and PayPal said no. Save yourself the trouble. Just charge back via bank. Forget them.

PayPal supposedly has scammer protection, but who protects you from @PayPal 's habit of every once in a while to randomly charge you their inflated exchange rates on some automatic payment?
