@Outlook @MicrosoftHelps How many times do we have to complain that the "New Outlook" version for MacOS does not allow changing the "Full Name" in IMAP accounts?. I have my office 365 subscription active. #ITSupport #Microsoft365 I've seen reports from ’21 on your online forum.

@Outlook @TheTrespassersW It has got to be that Microsoft profits from phishing and scam emails that have been blocked to still reach your Junk folder. There cannot be another explanation as to why they do no listen to the multiple complaints from customers not being able stop this unwanted emails.
