@optus_help @Optus I’ve spoken to four people about renewing my contract for three years including a store manager who said they didn’t care if I left Optus so guess that’s what is left for me to do

Optus still has no ETA on its email/webmail outage + when I called the technician is telling people to use Gmail... Meanwhile they're sending bill reminders on the weekend @Optus @optus_help
