@gruntledness @drlynntownsend @optus_help @Optus I didn’t get this fixed and its still not working. I just didn’t follow through with support as I don’t use Optus as my primary email. I was mainly raising this on behalf of my dad who has since raised his own support call and as far as I understand its still not working.

Given no timeline as to when optus server would be fixed, & no reason why not notified even though going for days. This is third recent disaster - when will learn that informing customers is first rule of keeping them? How about using AI for customer relations @optus @optushelp

@ShiannonC A complete and abject failure of our regulator @acccgovau and the minister @MRowlandMP to force @Telstra & @Optus to disallow Sender Spoofing for SMS only because it allows them to sell lucrative products These companies are responsible for every loss and should be fined heavily

Oi @optus ! the scam sms's you are allowing to be sent thru weekly is astounding! You KNOW you can use systems to recognize and block mass sms's from 1 number sending clone sms's. you can do that and block chains of scammer numbers... stop being lazy! #scammers #optus #SMS
