Hey @Optus @optus_help do you know the meaning of customer service? When you steal yes steal thousands of dollars from a customer and then keep them in a merry go round being transferred from 1 department to another for almost 2 months it’s beyond a joke.

@DavidShoebridge @Greens This is about data protection and security the Greens don't want to see another @Optus or @medibank data breach. They want all the data in one place so the hackers can get everything from one convenient place, government servers ran by the most useless of IT administrators.
