Hey @Optus @optus_help are now charging a ānon-direct debitā fee. Only $2.20 per month , but adds up. I really do not want to let them have my credit card on record after the data breach. Is that fair? #telecommunicationsombudsman

@Optus Hi Optusā¦. Your overseas call centre is shitā¦. Donāt listen and so noisyā¦ in branch staff at MacArthur Square have been great.. I was told by your call centre to call Hotmail to fix my problemā¦ I wouldnāt get this at #Telstra

Ever.
