@optimum i am scheduled for transfer to new address on 4-28…. You guys decided to disconnect my service on 4/23 at 11pm….. I paid my bill on 4/16…. No one is available to resolve… wifi is needed for medical devices…. Will probably not make it to tomorrow morning w/o we visit

I'm so fucking sick and tired @optimum being a piece of shit company and never giving any good #internet. Every fucking day I have issues with their #service. I've never seen them upgrade the lines in my neighborhood. Would it kill them to do some actual #work in my town.

@optimum very disappointed in the level of reliability of the products they sell. it’s also disappointing that this company keeps charging people for a product after service has been disconnected. My neighbors warned me about not using their service and I should’ve listened.
