@optimum advertise shows on TV and I tried to go access them and I can’t. It says not found. This is the worst network that I’ve ever had in my whole life.
Hear my guy on the phone w/ @optimum because they are faking power outages to avoid helping us & the rep faked the phone issues & claimed we never contacted before this. Now they are saying they’ll call us back. It’s been a month of this just to not let him talk to a supervisor.
@optimum@OptimumHelp is an actual scam. I canceled my subscription almost a year ago and was just charged out of no where. Been on the phone for 3 hours trying to solve the problem and just keep getting transferred. Do not use them. Their customer service is garbage
@WSJ@FCC I think @optimum@AlticeUSA need an investigation done over fraud issues. So many frauded accounts and repeats after cleared. Also the mobile rip off is insane. I have a line, never used & they recommend me to up the plan to the highest. They don’t care about community
@optimum absolutely unacceptable service today!! No reason we should be without internet since 3:30 pm and zero communication on when it will be restored. I know that bill better look a bit cheaper next time. UNACCEPTABLE!
Has anyone else had major struggles since Suddenlink became @optimum? We have had to call every month for months about missing channels, internet going down, and increasing prices but get different responses every time we call. :(
@optimum you took away the search feature and now it appears you also took away the remind feature from your boxes just curious why. Don’t ask me for my name and my address or account number I won’t give it to you because you don’t need it to answer my question.
