Hear my guy on the phone w/ @optimum because they are faking power outages to avoid helping us & the rep faked the phone issues & claimed we never contacted before this. Now they are saying they’ll call us back. It’s been a month of this just to not let him talk to a supervisor.

@optimum @OptimumHelp is an actual scam. I canceled my subscription almost a year ago and was just charged out of no where. Been on the phone for 3 hours trying to solve the problem and just keep getting transferred. Do not use them. Their customer service is garbage

@WSJ @FCC I think @optimum @AlticeUSA need an investigation done over fraud issues. So many frauded accounts and repeats after cleared. Also the mobile rip off is insane. I have a line, never used & they recommend me to up the plan to the highest. They don’t care about community

@optimum absolutely unacceptable service today!! No reason we should be without internet since 3:30 pm and zero communication on when it will be restored. I know that bill better look a bit cheaper next time. UNACCEPTABLE!
