@chrismelbz@optimum Report them to the Better Business Bureau. I had horrible issues with an internet provider, they refused to fix their crappy internet, & treated me awful. So I reported them with all the information & within a few days I got a call from a high level manger & it got fixed.
@optimum im already past the "99.9% network reliability" threshold by a long shot, unless your nebulous claim is based on "since the existence of time"
Dear @optimum Waiting for install 8-11am, getting call at 10am 2say oopsie must reschedule noone showed up for work- is not good form. Especially as this is the -3rd- time waiting for technicians to install... yall "may" have a customer service issue within ranks #fail onto4th
