@optimum@derekjeter Everyday my internet shuts down at almost the same time and sometimes doesn't come back for an hour. Maybe put more money in the system and less in celebrities. You were supposed to be "monitoring" my system for the last 3 months. Nothing has changed!
@optimum@Suddenlink are by far the worst service! Hands down I would rather eat rocks than continue my service with them.
They sit you on a phone for 4 plus hours while at work to dick you around and never get back to you when they say they will to resolve an account issue.

@optimum Its not my house. Im network engineer. Tired of the incompetence. Your speed testcon the modem itself is bogus showing 20mb upload but realtime out the modem port gets barely 5mb. Its a node issue. Worst support ever
