Hey @OptimumHelp@optimum you guys are insane. I called Monday to cancel my account. I was told on the phone that is was and that I would get a confirmation email to that effect. I never did so I reached out through chat on two seperate occasions and now I am told my account
@optimum@OptimumHelp very disappointed in your service! You charged me 7 months of cable which I did not have and refused to refund and have significant up charge for your low bait incentives!!! Please advise on your unethical practices.
@CarlHigbie@KariCares4U@Verizon@optimum@Starlink Just had a hellish time with Verizon after I purchased a new iPhone. They added equipment protection plan which I never requested. Took me weeks to get the charges off my bill after many calls and frustrating conversations.
@CarlHigbie@Verizon@optimum@Starlink I have Comcast and the Lazy Techs,and that's a stretch calling them techs put my cable line up that crosses a road and it fell down 3 times! It's down aweek now and No one has showed up to repair because they say it's not a priority because it still works! They Suck!
