Mine arrived defective with screen issue. @OnePlus_IN's service centre isn't clarifying if it'll be repaired or replaced. Left without a phone meantime. @GyanTherapy Can you help? Terrible customer service experience

@VedantKalore It's happening with my @oneplus too , suddenly my 67w charger started performing Slow & even after the update Mobile started getting hang & it's just 4 Months old phone.

@vivek_naskar @oneplus I saw a video a while back from scotty about a laser they use in chenzen. I believe that can revive the screens that have these issues.

@OnePlus_IN One of the worst service by someone my issue is pending from last 1 month and noelw they closed case without providing me replacement device ,just wow how the fuck this company is till running in india is big question for everyone
