@ServifyNA @OnePlus_Support @oneplus @OnePlus_USA Had an issue with my launch OnePlus Open Green so sent in for #OnePlusCare repair. Took 2-3 weeks was sent the wrong phone back. I called asking to be sent the right phone & was told tough luck be happy I got anything.

@OnePlus_Support @OnePlus_IN @oneplus Disappointed with my OnePlus 11R purchased 10months back. display stopped functioning after latest update, rest is fine. Service center at Seawood fixed it but issue recurred immediately after coming home. Disappointed with poor service.
