A complainant is requested to DM, as if they are serious to handle the issue, but in reality nothing happens after that. And the big deal is that they very shamelessly claim that the problem was solved or addressed.

@oneplus I've been using the Nord buds for a long time, and I think it's time for an upgrade. I'd love getting some from the brand I trust. I'd give the other two to some friends who are seriously looking at switching to OnePlus so they can see for themselves how great the quality is. 1/2
