@cdils @CityofFortWorth @oncor You need to get a Jackery! I use a CPAP and I have to have that as a backup. You can charge it from your car, solar or from home. A Jackery 500 works well for it and can last about 6 hours with my DreamStation. But I just bought a 1000. They're having a 45% off Earth Day sale.

@oncor 19 hour outage is completely unacceptable. Mine went from restoration at 1:30 pm to 1:30 am and it’s been off since 8:30

@oncor you really screwed up my weekend with my daughter and grandkids! Power outage in Mesquite TX with no eta and it’s the only weekend they can come visit! I’m paralyzed and can’t get anything!! So pissed our food is ruining from 5am now it’s 6:30pm!

@oncor This week will be the THIRD time in a year that I have to throw away food because of lengthy outages. And your letter stating that my loss was not Oncor's problem adds insult to injury. Any plans for restitution or, more importantly, a long term fix?
