@NOWTV my father had an account with yourselves but passed away last week. Ever since I've been trying to get through to someone to cancel, it seems virtually impossible. Why do you make it so hard to cancel a deceased person's account? It's hard enough as it is right now.

@NOWTV my app on my iPhone 14 is not playing any streams. No issues with my account and everything works on other devices, but when selecting a stream I just get the spinning circle and nothing loads. Have restarted app, phone and reinstalled the app as well. No luck. Help please
